CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY. Lessee acknowledges that Company's ability to provide the Watercraft and the Equipment is contingent upon and subject to the return of the Watercraft and the Equipment by the previous lessee, as well as other cause beyond Company's control. Should Lessee not be present or not ready to accept delivery of the Watercraft and/or the Equipment, for any reason, at the specified time, Company reserves the right to rent the Watercraft and/or the Equipment to someone else. Further, Lessee understands that when the Watercraft and Equipment are reserved, the Watercraft and Equipment are no longer available for other customers and therefore Company cannot commit the Watercraft or Equipment to another customer during the reserved dates/times. Consequently, in the event Lessee cancels, changes dates, shortens the rental period, or in any other way seeks to change the rental period, the entire reservation payment shall still be due and payable. Company reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather or any other cause, which includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, heavy rain and/or storms. Consequently, in the event Lessee cancels, changes date, shortens the rental period, or in any other way seeks to change the rental period, the entire reservation payment shall still be due and payable. In the event you cancel your reservation by 12:00pm Central Time two days prior to the reservation date, Suntex Marinas will honor a Future Credit equivalent to the original rental amount. Any cancellations after this time or if you "no-show", you (lessee) will not receive a credit and Suntex Marinas will retain 100% of the funds paid to date. Future Credits expire within the same calendar year of original reservation.

If you were born after September 1, 1993, you must have completed and passed a Boater Safety Course, available at boatus.org with verification.

"Texas law requires anyone who was born on or after September 1, 1993 to have taken an approved boater's safety course to operate a boat.

Every must have a valid United States driver's license and major credit card to rent, and be at least 21 years of age.

Hidden Cove Marina operates within the Hidden Cove Park which is a separate operator and requires a Parking Pass to gain entry.  The pass will also allow you to use the Day-Use area or incredible hiking trails, before or after your boating session.  The Parking Pass is “per auto” so please, make sure everyone in your group is aware of this fee.
